Terms of Use

These terms apply to all use of Columbia County Court Docket. By visiting or using the site, you agree to them. Stop using the service if you do not accept these terms. The site is a private reference resource and has no authority over Columbia County or Arkansas court records.

1. What This Website Is

Columbia County Court Docket publishes general information about court structure, Search ARCourts, public access, clerk contacts, settings, and record-request routes. It is privately operated and is not an office of Columbia County, the Arkansas Judiciary, Circuit Court, District Court, or any clerk.

2. Informational Use Only

Content is supplied for general reference. It is not an official docket, a complete case file, legal advice, or a substitute for a court notice. Verify a date, balance, filing, status, and document with the court or clerk that holds the original Columbia County record.

3. Rules for Using This Site

Use must remain lawful and must not interfere with the site or other users.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to servers, accounts, or data
  • Do not introduce malware or disrupt site operation
  • Do not scrape or copy content at a volume that harms service
  • Do not misrepresent an outside result as an official Columbia County record
  • Do not use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Columbia County Court Docket is not a consumer reporting agency as the Fair Credit Reporting Act defines that term. Neither the site nor information reached through it may be used for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance eligibility, or another FCRA-regulated purpose. The service is designed for court access, personal case tracking, public-interest research, and civic understanding.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship or recommends a legal strategy. Questions about rights, deadlines, sealing, appeals, pleas, or a pending case should be directed to a qualified lawyer or the appropriate official source.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Dockets change, courts reset settings, fees may be revised, and websites may move. Reasonable care does not guarantee that every statement is complete, current, or error-free. A Search ARCourts result can also omit restricted data or an unlinked image. Reliance on site content is at the user’s own risk.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Official Arkansas links and outside search tools are operated by other parties. Their own terms, privacy practices, charges, and access rules apply after a visitor leaves this site. Columbia County Court Docket does not control their availability, content, or results and may earn a referral fee from a paid outside service.

8. Intellectual Property

Original text, organization, and presentation on this site are protected to the extent allowed by law. Government records and materials remain subject to the rights and rules of their issuing bodies. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce site content commercially or remove notices.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, unavailable service, an error, an outdated setting, an outside provider, or reliance on linked content. Users remain responsible for confirming official information.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold the operator harmless from claims, costs, or losses caused by your misuse of the service, breach of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Court-record access itself is controlled chiefly by Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Orders 19 and 19.1. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101 et seq., does not bypass judicial access limits.

12. Changes to These Terms

The terms may be revised as the site, providers, or law changes. The posted version applies when used. Continued use after a revision means the updated terms are accepted.
